I interupt my adding all of my previous writing work to ask if it does actually happen, is anybody going to be foolish enough to pay for the 2022 stadium tour with Motley Crue, Def Leppard, and Poison? You have probably seen the video that was plastered all over social media sites of Vince Neil singing and being compared to Bob Dylan, or the news story about him singing Crue songs at a show with his solo band and ran out of breath after 7 songs!
I was lucky enough to see Motley Crue twice, once in the late 90’s and once on the Cruefest tour which was the 20th anniversary of Dr. Feelgood. Both of those shows Vince Neil sounded like the Vince everyone paid to see, not the overweight, out of breath old man that he has become.
I have never seen Poison live, but did get to see Def Leppard and they put on a very good show; but that was twenty years ago. So who know how good or bad they would be?
So while mindlessly wandering through Youtube, I found the video below. Which is what gave me the idea for this article. This is from New Years Eve 2015, supposedly Motley Crue’s last ever show.
Needless to say, I am not going to see this.
